a. for the provision of those services operated by this website, i.e. to enable you to receive the requested information ( if you are accessing from the contact page) or to receive the requested free 3D print (if you are accessing from the free 3D print request page);
b. Send you our newsletters or other corporate communications intended to promote the image and services of our own organization.
3. Processing methods
Your data will be processed using either manual or automated/digital systems and solely for the purposes stated above. Our company is fully committed to the adoption of appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the safeguarding and protection of your data, including the prevention of unauthorized access.
4. Processing nature
Providing data on your part is optional in nature, however, a refusal of such provision will result in the impossibility of being able to proceed in the registration operations and thus to fulfill your requests – since it will not be possible either for us to contact you again and provide you with the necessary information nor to deliver anything you requested.
5. Data sharing.
Our company will not share your data with anyone, except for its own employees and possible external collaborators – who may be cooperating with our company – and exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes. Your data are retained by our company for the above purposes for a period not exceeding 5 (five) years. After that period, they will be retained only upon expression of a new consent or otherwise deleted from any company database in which they may appear. Data will be processed exclusively within EU territory.

b. Rights of rectification. The interested party has the right to obtain from the data processing owner the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them without undue delay in accordance with Art.16 of EU Regulations 679/2016;
c. Rights of erasure. The interested party has the right to obtain from the data processing owner the erasure of their personal data (the so-called Right to be Forgotten) without undue delay, and the data processing owner has the obligation to erase their personal data without undue delay, if one of the reasons listed in Art.17 paragraph 1 of the EU Regulations 679/2016 exists;
d. Restriction rights to processing. The interested party has the right to obtain from the data processing owner the limitation of the processing when one of the cases listed in Art.18 paragraph 1 of the EU Regulations 679/2016 occurs;
e. Rights to object. The interested party has the right to object at any time – on the grounds related to their particular situation – to the processing of personal data concerning them as set out in Art.21 of EU Regulations 679/2016
